Required Academy Courses

Students must maintain a 2.0 GPA to participate

  • Level 1: (1801300)Leadership Education & Training (LET1) - The Emerging Leader
  • Level 2: (1801310) Leadership Education & Training 2 (LET 2) - The Developing Leader 
  • Level 3: (1801320) Leadership Education & Training 3 (LET 3) - The Supervising Leader 
  • Level 4: (1801330) Leadership Education & Training 4 (LET 4) - The Managing Leader

Meet Our Director

Chief Gonzalez

Chief Gonzalez - Program Director

Javier Gonzalez joined the Army in January 1989. He has served in the positions of Radar Operator, Senior Radar Operator and Radar Section Chief and Targeting Officer. Chief Warrant Officer 4 Javier Gonzalez schools include Basic Training, Radar Operator School, Air Assault School, Warrant Officer Basic and Advanced Course and the Joint Targeting Course.

CW4 Gonzalez’ assignments include service in the 2nd Field Artillery Detachment, 25th Field Artillery Detachment, 2-320th Field Artillery, and 1st Brigade 101st
